The Cinderella Project

In collaboration with Memories Bridal & Evening Wear, the Junior League of Kalamazoo provides gently used gowns and accessories to referred junior and senior high school girls in the Kalamazoo area.

Young ladies who have been referred by local school officials or other community leaders also participate in Boutique Day, where they will be assisted by personal shoppers to find the dress of their dreams.

“Providing attire for this significant event and milestone is a great way to recognize all that these young women have accomplished – staying in school when financial and personal circumstances may make it difficult.” says Adrienne Wissner, Junior League Member and owner of Memories Bridal & Evening Wear.

Donations Accepted

Donations of gently used gowns and accessories from the public are welcome and accepted throughout the year at Memories Bridal & Evening Wear. Monetary donations or gift certificates dry cleaning are also being accepted and appreciated.
